We all have a car that we don't want to admit to others that we secretly like for reasons we don't understand.
Mine's a Ford Escort station wagon similar to this pic, but green. It was my sister's car that just wouldn't die no matter how horribly neglected my sister was in its maintenance. I liked driving it. There was nothing remarkable about it. I guess the only redeeming quality was that it weighed roughly the same as a Pepsi can.

That takes courage. 1994 Chrysler Sebring Limited. Which I still have and am quite satisfied with (wife using it from March to December, me from December to March since the Abarth doesn't go out in the Winter)

If I had a major commute, I'd probably go with one of these.

I like all of the cars I like, I don't believe in guilty pleasures.

I'll say the Toyota Urban Cruiser... My mom owns one.. AWD Diesel, a purple one..
It's ugly as shit, you can't turn the anti-skid thingy off... The seats are terrible... It's slow as shit... but you know what, I love it... it can go pretty much anywhere..

I gotta say... mine. 2000 Accord SE
Alloy wheels. Nice little bits of chrome trim. I can fit a surprising amount of stuff inside. I have pretty much 100000% visibility. Only repairs I have had to make are brakes, fluids, belts, and filters. Gets great gas mileage when I drive it nicely, gets good gas mileage when I don't. Likes to rev up to redline whenever I ask it to, which is pretty exciting. The stereo is surprisingly great. Stock system vibrates all the windows... when my radio crashed I was able to buy the cheapest aftermarket one at Best Buy, installed it myself with some diagrams off the internet, and it actually made the sound system better. Let's not forget the maintenance is cheap because there are a million of them still running out there (I've actually put my key into a few that weren't mine, there are so many). Cops don't really pay attention to me, because hey, it's just an Accord.
Basically it's a standard car, but goes just a little bit further to make my life great.

It was a one-off concept for a customer at Pebble Beach 2012. I can't explain it, but I love it.

Ferrari 612 Scaglietti. I don't know why, but I think it's pretty cool. Not as cool as the FF though...

I owned a Mercury Tracer sedan almost identical to the one pictured. Loved it, even with its automatic. Very useful interior space, great fuel mileage. I even fitted it with a hitch so it could tow my sailboat, which it did admirably.

And because it's Kinja, nibbles posted your reply twice, so I'm dismissing the duplicate.

Mine is a tie...between the '00's style Mercury Cougar, the Pontiac G6 Coupe, and the most recent body style Mitsubishi Eclipse. All coupes. All with a v6 option. I believe all had manual options as well. All considered terribad by most enthusiasts. All, in my area, considered the perfect car for teen girls. And yet......I like them.

I always felt if I liked driving it, it couldn't be shameful- there's a reason for liking it. It's not like if you crashed your car and had to ride in a crapcan, you like it because of something. What's to be ashamed of?
But... I guess I could nominate my first car. 1995 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon, specifically with the tow package. Shorter rear end, posi-trac, auto-levelling air suspension... It's the antithesis of a performance car, but it's also capable of powerslides while sitting on the most comfortable seats a butt can imagine. In short, a powersliding cloud! What's there to be ashamed of there?

I only realized because when I was younger I loved the 94 sebring convertible. Heck I didn't know much about cars at that time so I thought it was just called "convertible" and was the only one of its kind.
Glad I figured that one out...

I really like the Nissan Figaro even though it's one of the most feminine cars out there.
